Please read these Terms of Use carefully before participating in the NRF Select Rewards program.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in the NRF Select Rewards program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not participate in the program.

Eligibility

To participate in NRF Select Rewards, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be an authorized representative of a business with an active NRF Distributors account
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain a valid email address for account communications

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Earning Points

  • Points are earned on qualifying purchases from NRF Distributors
  • Point earning rates may vary based on program tier and product category
  • Points are typically credited within 30-60 days of purchase
  • NRF Distributors reserves the right to adjust points for returns, cancellations, or billing adjustments
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold

Point Expiration

Points may expire after a period of account inactivity. We will notify you via email before points expire. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Redeeming Rewards

  • Points may be redeemed for available rewards in our catalog
  • Reward availability is subject to change without notice
  • All redemptions are final and non-refundable
  • Rewards will be shipped to the address on file
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes on redeemed rewards

Program Modifications

NRF Distributors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the NRF Select Rewards program at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to:

  • Point earning rates and structures
  • Reward offerings and point values
  • Program terms and conditions
  • Account status and eligibility

Account Termination

We may terminate your account and participation in the program if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Use
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the program or attempt to manipulate points
  • Provide false or misleading information

Upon termination, any accumulated points will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

NRF Distributors and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the program.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
