Getting Started
To register, click the "Register" button and fill out the registration form with your personal information and your NRF Distributors account number. Once registered, you'll be able to log in and view your points balance.
You'll need your NRF Distributors account number, a valid email address, and your shipping address for rewards delivery. Your account number can be found on your invoices or by contacting NRF Distributors customer service.
Earning Points
Points are earned automatically on qualifying purchases from NRF Distributors. The number of points earned depends on your purchase volume and the specific program tier you're enrolled in. Points are typically credited within 30-60 days of your purchase.

Redeeming Rewards
Log into your account and browse our rewards catalog. When you find something you want, click to add it to your cart and complete the redemption process. Your reward will be shipped to the address on file.

Most rewards ship within 5-7 business days of redemption. Delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your reward ships.
Account Management
Log into your account and navigate to your profile settings. From there, you can update your contact information, shipping address, and password.
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact customer service.
